TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The final decision to accept any applicant for this offer lies with the clinical decision of Dr Ahlowalia.
Applicants agree to Dr Ahlowalia examining their mouth and deeming them fit to receive 'Deep BleachingTM'.
We care about the health of our clients' teeth as much as they do. Dr Ahlowalia would sincerely like to accept all applicants but must ensure the health and fitness of their teeth and oral tissues.
If the applicant's mouth is completely unfit to receive tooth whitening procedures Dr Ahlowalia will advise what treatment is required to bring their mouth to a fit state of health for whitening. This may be nothing more than a simple cleaning and descaling to remove surface debris from the teeth. However if they choose to have Dr Ahlowalia provide the recommended treatment the applicant will be expected to pay our standard fees.
It may be that there will be some suspect areas of the mouth that will likely experience sensitivity but not necessarily need any dental repair and Dr Ahlowalia will advise where these areas are and how to deal with any sensitivity that may arise.
It is the responsibility of each individual to maintain their own oral health and of course their choice where to have any dental treatment advised undertaken.
All applicants will be welcome to have Dr Ahlowalia provide recommended treatment but they are free go to any dentist of their choice and re apply for this offer again.
If an applicant chooses to go elsewhere they will only be charged Dr Ahlowalia's standard examination fee.
2. Once accepted to Dr Ahlowalia's Whiter Teeth for Life* offer he will provide the now registrant with ongoing FREE Top-Ups on the simple condition that they attend his private practice for a standard examination & hygienist appointment every six months. We care about your ongoing dental health and the longevity of your bright smile.
The registrant agrees to undertake any remedial dentistry Dr Ahlowalia advises to maintain their dental fitness for ongoing 'Deep BleachingTM' . In other words the registrant will be accepting Dr Ahlowalia as their ongoing dentist of choice for their routine dental check-ups.
Registrants remain free to seek remedial dental treatment wherever they choose but if not undertaken with Dr Ahlowalia the registrant agrees to seeing & paying Dr Ahlowalia for a further standard examination to confirm their fitness for ongoing 'Deep BleachingTM'.
At each six-monthly visit our hygienist or Dr Ahlowalia himself will clean any surface debris and descale the registrant's teeth and after examining their mouth Dr Ahlowalia will provide them with one of two FREE 'Top-Up' options depending on their experiences with 'Deep BleachingTM' or preference.
Option A will be a further supervised boost with our recommended High Concentration bleaching agent.
Option B will be to provide the registrant with approximately seven more home applications worth of Low Concentration bleaching agent, thus every year an equal amount of ongoing tooth whitening! ... FREE OF CHARGE!
3. It is the responsibility of the registrant to look after their 'Deep BleachingTM' trays once provided. If these are lost or damaged the registrant agrees to paying the full registration fee again to have a new set manufactured.
4. Whiter Teeth for Life* refers to Dr Ahlowalia's *Practicing Life* and will remain valid for as long as Dr Ahlowalia maintains his private practice and the registrant attends it every six months for a standard examination and hygiene visit.
(As of September 2009 Dr Ahlowalia has maintained a dental practice in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire for over 18 years and is likely to remain at least as long again.)
5. Registrants agree to give at least 24 hours notice if they wish to break an appointment. We will treat registrants with courtesy and respect always and expect them therefore to show us the same in return.
Failure to attend ongoing appointments as agreed will void this agreement.
