"Dear Raj, my teeth are the best gift of all.... I cannot ever thank you enough!."

This was another case completed in just four weeks for the "Extreme Makeover UK" TV show.

Denise's teeth were terribly damaged in two childhood injuries.

In fact her entire upper jaw was displaced in a car crash at age 7 which also shattered her face and nose.

Unfortunately a second injury at age 15 saw Denise lose most of her front teeth.

In reconstructing Denise's mouth a combination of bridgework, crowns, root canal fillings and veneers were performed to restore and reshape every tooth in Denise's head as well as a complete jaw realignment..

Denise's teeth were constructed by Frontier Dental Lab, California.

Frontier Dental Lab hold the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry 'Best of Show' (2004) Smile Award.

Frontier are one of only three laboratories currently accredited to work for the Rosenthal Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry at NYU.
