Gary
Gary's a very interesting case.
All his teeth were mobile and following a long battle against gum disease Gary faced up to the probability that he would have to lose all his remaining teeth.
In a phased series of surgeries we internally lifted the floor of his nasal sinuses bilaterally whilst placing implants.
We also decided to correct his overbite and overjet by placing two more implants behind his existing incisors in his palate.
After six months the implants were fully fused with his jaw bone and we constructed the bridgework you see which was fitted the same day as his teeth were extracted.
At no time did Gary have to wear a denture which he was particularly concerned about.
In conjuction with our skilled technician Mr Robin Snell of Pyramid Dental Lab, Biggleswade, Beds. We designed a new bite relationship and aesthetic alignment to drastically change Gary's appearance
With an improved colour too we are very proud to have transformed Gary's smile.
