This is another example completed in just four weeks for the tv show 'Extreme Makeover UK'.
Having been assualted, had his jaw dislocated and several teeth smashed Daniel's confidence was severely knocked but worse he didn't get those broken teeth repaired and instead left them open to rampant decay.
After first realigning his jaw/bite relationship and clearing his gum disease we reconstructed Dan's shattered upper teeth, bleached his relatively intact lower teeth and constructed a night time bite splint to help stabilise his jaw.

Frontier Dental Lab hold the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry 'Best of Show' (2004) Smile Award.
Frontier are one of only three laboratories currently accredited to work for the Rosenthal Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry at NYU.
