This case involved considerable adjustment to an eccentric bite pattern, Vanessa's teeth were quite worn, chipped and in some cases twisted.
We constructed a new bite pattern on an articulating jaw simulator and duplicated this in plastic on Vanessa's teeth to test the stability of our new design.
Vanessa functioned normally with this arrangement for eight months prior to replacing the plastic design in high quality porcelain.
Vanessa's teeth were constructed by Frontier Dental Lab, California.
Frontier Dental Lab hold the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry 'Best of Show' (2004) Smile Award.
Frontier are one of only three laboratories currently accredited to work for the Rosenthal Institute of Aesthetic Dentistry at NYU.
