This is an example of an extreme dental makeover or full mouth rehabilitation.

All but one of Russell's teeth required some form of treatment including extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, bridgework, inlay fillings, implants and veneers as well as initial realignment of his displaced jaw alignment.

The entire transformation of Russell's smile took only eight weeks, however the preliminary planning, clearance of all disease, infection and realignment of his jaw and bite took several months.
