This was a fun case. Todd it was such a pleasure helping you achieve your goal.
Ten porcelain veneers across the top jaw built to accommodate a tongue that was not ordinary in it's shape and size.
It turned out Todd's tongue had been almost severed in an accident in his youth. As a result it has an odd resting position unusually forward between his teeth. Todd was only able to naturally contact his rear teeth as a result of his tongue having pushed his upper front teeth forward plus these teeth were badly deteriorated and all were quite dark and discoloured.
With much to correct in the alignment, colour and overall health of his teeth this case extended over a total of four long appointments.
Only Todd's upper teeth were treated with veneers, his healthier lower teeth required only minor fillings and colour correction using Dr Rod Kurthy's 'Deep Bleaching' system
Todd's teeth were constructed by Matt Roberts, Idaho, USA.
Matt is a master dental technician and CEO of CMR Dental.
Matt is also a well respected senior lecturer for the advanced courses in Cosmetic Dentistry at the Pankey Institute, Florida.
