David, a very dento-phobic client, attended after six years with a cracked root.

We scanned the original tooth using our CEREC infrared camera to produce a 3D record on our computer.

We then removed this unsavable tooth and immediately replaced it with a titanium implant fitted into the original socket.

We designed a new crown to fit on top of the implant using the CEREC equipment to duplicate the form of the original tooth.

David left our office with an immediate replacement tooth just three hours after his extraction.
